Operating in a position of trust, this role supports executive leadership and serves as the operational backbone of the local office. Oversee Financial Administration & Bookkeeping: Reconcile daily cash receipts, process membership dues, issue checks, and manage digital payment systems utilizing QuickBooks Online and PayPal with complete accuracy. Provide bilingual Member & Stakeholder Support: Act as the primary confidential point of contact for members, contractors, and district leadership—delivering professional support in both English and Spanish regarding status, dues, and orientation. Execute Targeted Outreach & Digital Communications: Coordinate mass member communications via call, text, and email while maintaining and updating official organizational social media accounts. Ensure Regulatory & Audit Compliance: Maintain organized filing systems, track accounts receivable, and prepare accurate records for monthly financial reporting and audit reviews.
