HR & Office Manager Company seeking a versatile HR & Office Operations Manager to join their team in Pasadena. This is a unique role designed for a proactive "culture carrier" who excels in Human Resources but also enjoys the logistical side of keeping an office running smoothly.Key Responsibilities Human Resources: Lead the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration. Will also maintain employee files. Ensure all HR activities align with company policy and government regulations. Office Operations: Maintain a professional, clean office environment, coordinate maintenance, and oversee office supplies/inventory. Financial & Admin Support: Work closely with the Accounting Manager on petty cash, reimbursement, and office budgets. Manage office security and phone systems. Team Leadership: Overseeing 1 individual (Office Admin) Contract Review: Coordinate insurance requirements and negotiate with outside vendors for facility needs. Qualifications Experience: Proven background in HR activities Skills: strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Must be a self-starter who can manage multiple priorities. Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills; bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus. Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Ensure office is always neat and clean.
