Join a team that values your technical skill and proactive mindset!salary: $41,600 - $43,680 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 7 AM - 3 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities HVAC & Climate Control: Performing monthly filter replacements, cleaning air ducts, lubricating pump bearings, and calibrating thermostats to ensure peak energy efficiency. Electrical Maintenance: Inspecting panels for overheating using thermal imaging, testing GFCI outlets, replacing light fixtures, and maintaining emergency backup generators. Plumbing Systems: Troubleshooting leaks in sinks, toilets, and water heaters; unclogging drains; and testing water pressure and flow rates. Building Envelope & Structure: Inspecting roofs for leaks or debris, patching drywall, painting interior/exterior walls, and repairing doors, locks, or windows. Life Safety Systems: Testing smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, verifying fire extinguisher pressure, and ensuring emergency exits are clear and functional. Security Systems: Verifying surveillance camera operation, testing electronic access control cards, and updating security codes. Compliance Checks: Ensuring all facilities meet ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) standards for ramps and handrails, and adhering to OSHA and EPA safety regulations. Work Order Management: Utilizing specialized facility maintenance software (such as CMMS) to track, prioritize, and close out maintenance tickets. Vendor Coordination: Obtaining quotes, scheduling specialized repairs with licensed contractors (e.g., elevator mechanics or electricians), and overseeing their work.
