Responsibilities include addressing machinery, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical issues, ensuring safety standards, and coordinating major repairs. Additionally, the role involves supervising staff, managing repair parts procurement, and maintaining tool inventories. Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine building maintenance, such as structural repairs and plumbing fixes. Address electrical issues and maintain HVAC systems for optimal climate control. Repair and maintain machinery, scheduling preventative maintenance as needed. Implement preventative measures to minimize future problems and ensure safety. Participate in safety inspections and communicate hazards to the safety committee. Preference for PLC programming/troubleshooting skills. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred. Alternatively, 10+ years of relevant experience. 2-5 years of experience in building, plant, and equipment management. strong knowledge of engineering principles and manufacturing techniques.
