Duties Operate thermoforming equipment. Assist set up by removing old tools, install new tooling. Making machine adjustments and adjusting computer set points. Run the assigned machine efficiently meeting production goals. Assist operators and Team Leaders in troubleshooting thermoforming processes. Visually inspect finished parts to meet specifications. Work single operated jobs or duo operated jobs with other production team members. Demonstrates the proper use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety procedures. Maintain a clean work area. Perform tool preparation. May require forklift certification. Follow established safety procedures. Other duties as assigned. Education and Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED preferred. Ability to read and understand basic G&M code. Basic knowledge of cutting tools and perishable tools associated with common types of machining. Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. frequently throughout the day and up to 50 lbs. infrequently throughout the day. Must be able to stand 100% of the day.
