This person will report to the Sr. Property Manager and will be responsible for meeting with residents to discuss questions/issues/concerns, handle checks, ensure follow through of work orders throughout property, support recertification specialist and administrative staff, and more. The ideal candidate will have Property Management experience within affordable housing with excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills. Act as the primary resident contact, resolving routine issues or meticulously documenting complaints for escalation. Conduct regular property walk-throughs to submit necessary work orders Assist the Recertifications Specialist with documentation.
