job summary: A Construction Project Coordinator / Construction foreperson is needed for a leading manufacturing organization outside of Jackson, TN. The Construction Coordinator is responsible for administering construction contracts, overseeing general contractors and subcontractors, and ensuring project completion in coordination with the overall plant construction timeline. This role involves managing budgets and schedules, monitoring plan compliance through on-site inspection, and acting as the liaison between the field and project management. This position requires a minimum of 10+ years of experience in industrial construction projects, with an emphasis on building construction and knowledge of construction means and methods.
