Document and file related inspection reports. ·Manage, motivate, and develop staff, including setting expectations, coaching, and monitoring and reviewing performance. ·Ensure deliveries are unloaded and stored promptly and efficiently in accordance with food safety procedures. ·Ensure orders for agencies and programs are filled accurately and in advance of pickup with proper recording of inventory changes. ·Maintain accuracy of inventory.
