In this role, you will play a vital part in the production process by supporting the Lead Operator in the setup, operation, and cleanup of high-speed lamination machinery. Your daily responsibilities will include preparing raw materials, staging adhesive and film rolls, and ensuring that all components meet our strict quality specifications before they enter the production cycle.
