Come be a part of our mission to make a lasting impact on healthcare.salary: $110,000 - $120,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilitiesHere’s what you’ll be doing: Responsible for providing system-wide HR professionals with advice on employee relations, personnel policies, and employment laws, while also preparing responses to complaints, conducting investigations, and delivering training on employee relations and labor issues, including triaging reports for policy violations. Handle a caseload of investigations under the Director's guidance, collaborating with team members, HR clients, leadership, legal counsel, and security. Assist HR professionals, managers, and executives in addressing employee relations issues such as workplace violence, substance abuse, and reductions in force, while also supporting responses to complaints filed with external agencies like the MCAD and EEOC.
