In this role, you will work closely with attorneys to provide comprehensive support throughout all stages of personal injury litigation cases. Your responsibilities will include conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and assisting with case preparation for trials and settlements. You will also be responsible for managing case files, communicating with clients, and coordinating with medical professionals, expert witnesses, and other parties involved in the litigation process. The ideal candidate will have a background in personal injury law, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Additionally, attention to detail, effective communication skills, and proficiency in legal research and case management software are essential.
