Summary: The Senior Applications Specialist is a key contributor to the design, analysis, development, implementation, enhancements and maintenance of the firm's Knowledge Management tools. Working directly with the Knowledge Management business stakeholders to provide technology guidance, coordination and support to meet and exceed the firm's needs. Partnering with IT Teams, this position reviews, analyzes, tests, implements, upgrades and provides ongoing support for technical processes and products which support the business owners' existing and new initiatives. This position is responsible for end-to-end implementation administration and support, including but not limited to the backend server configuration and the desktop components, of on premise and cloud based enterprise systems. Applications supported vary depending on the needs of the business and include both departmental and Firmwide applications which are also defined by the business.
