Our client is looking for an Interim Corporate Credit Card Program Analyst to join their team in St. Petersburg, FL. This is URGENT contract role, onsite schedule (4 days onsite). Requires Concur and AMEX credit card management experience, supporting expense reimbursements, analyzing travel and expense reports. salary: $31 - $33 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: AssociateResponsibilities Oversee daily operations of the Global Corporate Credit Card Program Assist remote HR departments with deployment of new cards, and cancellations as needed Provide training and guidance to new staff on managing local corporate card programs Providing ongoing assistance and direction to local and remote site management to reduce credit loss days Prepare and Reconcile Business Travel Accounts (BTA) for U.S. processing and payment Liaise with Finance to ensure timely reimbursement of travel expenses and auditing activities Develop and run reports for all travel-related systems – Travel & Expense Reimbursement, corporate card and the Travel Management Company’s proprietary reporting tool Provide secondary support for the Expense Reimbursement system Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned JOB QUALIFICATIONS Basic Accounting / Finance IT / HR systems knowledge highly desired Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS SharePoint) and e-mail skills required.
