Perform accurate data entry of patient demographic information using our Record Management database tool. Conduct quality checks on your data entry and carefully box medical records to be sent offsite. Rigorously protect the confidentiality and integrity of patient information at all times. Track and record your daily volume and productivity to meet daily goals. Participate in team meetings, successfully escalate urgent requests, and report any issues finding records to Team Leads or Managers. What You Bring A High School Diploma or equivalent. exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work well in time-sensitive situations. The capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a group or team setting. A high level of personal accountability for complying with policies, procedures, and daily productivity requirements. Basic Microsoft Office skills (preferred). Working Conditions & Physical Requirements This position takes place in a large file room/warehouse setting. You must be able to regularly lift 25-pound containers of medical records.
