Role Summary We are currently seeking dedicated and highly motivated Call Center Service Representatives to join our team for a 5-month contract. We are actively hiring for both Senior and Intermediate level professionals. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for inquiries and issue resolution. The ideal candidate will have a background in Human Resources, possess a work ethic, and be capable of handling a high volume of inbound and outbound communications with integrity and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Call Management: Place outbound calls to follow up on account statuses, inquiries, and complaints. Handle high-volume incoming calls promptly and professionally. Issue Resolution: Triage and direct complex calls or escalated complaints to the appropriate internal teams for further problem resolution. Email Correspondence: Monitor and respond to daily emails, ensuring accurate and timely communication with all parties. Project Support: Assist leadership and team members by working on various departmental projects and administrative tasks as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: 2 to 4 years of related call center, customer service, or administrative experience. Industry Background: Prior experience or background in Human Resources is required. Education: Associate Degree (AA) is required. A Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) is highly preferred. Technical Skills: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required. Experience using Salesforce is highly preferred.
