This role is critical in ensuring their inventory remains accurate, the Bill of Materials (BOM) are maintained, and cycle counting processes are executed with precision. The ideal candidate is a "power user" of Excel who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and has the leadership skills to guide a cycle counting team.Key Responsibilities Inventory Control: Reconcile inventory discrepancies and research root causes. BOM Management: Work directly with Bills of Materials to ensure production accuracy. Team Leadership: Lead and audit the work of the cycle count team.
