Client-Specific Training: Deliver specialized briefings for specific job sites (e.g., explaining Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for food production roles or safety protocols for warehouse environments). Live Compliance Verification: Oversee the physical completion of Form I-9s, tax documents, and employee handbooks during the orientation session. Safety Instruction: Conduct safety orientations and "Hazard Communication" training to ensure associates are prepared for the physical demands of their workplace. Candidate Experience: Serve as the "face of the agency," answering questions about benefits, direct deposit, and how to report issues on the job. Status Reporting: Immediately notify Recruiters and Account Managers of who attended, who "no-showed," and who is ready to start their shift. Data entry; updating the system so the "ready-to-work" list is current for the next morning.
