Prepare comprehensive monthly Revenue and A/R reports covering all revenue categories, such as medical and pharmacy claims, Capitation, and FQHC partnership activity. Maintain the A/R subledger meticulously, ensuring monthly reconciliation and reporting accuracy as part of the financial close. Collaborate closely with the Revenue Cycle team to integrate claims billing reconciliation seamlessly into the monthly financial close process. Offer valuable insights to management by analyzing trends, identifying potential risks, and suggesting opportunities for process enhancements. Assist in regular cash flow reporting to ensure financial stability and predictability. Monitor A/R Reserves diligently, analyzing and reporting balances and metrics on a monthly basis. Provide support for the annual financial statement audit, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Engage in special projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
