Resolve vendor and internal inquiries, including tracking and fixing issues related to pricing and quantity discrepancies. Conduct weekly audits of vendor master file changes to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Execute weekly payment runs, including preparing wire packets, applying manual checks, and processing standard check payments. Oversee third-party payment software (e.g., CorPay), proactively identifying and resolving outstanding payment items. Process and verify coding for all employee expense reports through SAP Concur on a weekly basis. Perform essential month-end duties, including preparing accrual and reclass journal entries, reconciling key accounts, and generating financial reports. Act as a subject matter expert for AP systems, assisting with training and providing support for internal teams. Support all quarterly and annual audit activities and assist in the year-end preparation of 1099 files. Handle ad-hoc projects and tasks to support the broader accounting team as needed.
