To apply, please email your resume to christy.mann@randstadusa.com or alex.fuller@randstadusa.com Also able to apply below.  salary: $52,000 - $624,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilitiesMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES   Attend daily shift meetings lead by supervisor  Troubleshoot and evaluate extrusion machines and make the necessary adjustments to ensure prescribed quality and production standards are achieved and maintained.  Arrive 15 minutes before shift to start required presses for the day and to discuss possible issues with previous shift’s Process Technician.   Ensure material for oncoming operator is at full levels.  Implement lean manufacturing methods.  Troubleshoot and evaluate extrusion and make the necessary adjustments to ensure prescribed quality and production standards are achieved and maintained.  Extrusion set-up, processing, identifying process issues.  Follow all procedures for pulling material and charging back at the end of every lot.  Follow instructions of management.  Ensure all paperwork is completed, providing timely, detailed information in end of shift note to other supervisors, managers and departments.  Maintain Quality Control sheets every 30 minutes, start of every work order.  Maintain a run sheet filling out 4 times per day and keeping a record of every run every day.  Maintain a daily line journal. Maintain daily maintenance of extrusion line and records.  Adhere to all company policies and procedures (i.e., quality policy manual, employee handbook, lock out/Tag out, etc.). Comply with all internal and OSHA required safety procedures. Maintain high standards of housekeeping in all areas of the facility.
