As a Sr. Delivery Director, you will be responsible and accountable for the performance of the delivery team and delivery quality of the engagement, executive client and internal stakeholder satisfaction and engagement P+L for the engagement. Ensure efforts align with that direction -- Recruit new resources, capacity plan, conduct performance management -- Develop policies, processes, development programs to elevate the organization to meet client needs -- Recommend business development strategies and process improvement opportunities that increase Randstad's value proposition General Practice Development: contribute to overall practice success, including: -- Providing thought leadership on technology trends and developments -- Identify opportunities to develop and review intellectual capital -- Providing inputs to the hiring process of new Solution Services candidates -- Performing mentoring responsibilities for junior members of the team - -- Supporting company culture and ensuring timely communication Lead Proposal Development: serve as a proposal design and development manager.
