Randstad is seeking a Accounting Analyst to support the accounting, analysis, and reporting of employee benefit plans across union and non-union groups. This role is ideal for someone who loves digging into data, reconciling complex benefit transactions, and ensuring financial accuracy across COBRA, Life, Disability, FSA, and HSA plans. The analyst will collaborate with Accounting, HR, Legal, and external vendors to reconcile benefit payments, validate payroll and vendor interfaces, and support audits.
