The Strategy group works with Advertising Sales, Technology, Operations, Finance and Marketing teams to drive the development of overall sales strategy and to enable Executive Leadership to make strategic choices. The group is a key driver of change in the Paramount Advertising organization, while fostering collaboration and communication across all departments.
