job summary: This is a strategically critical position for an expert in capital project procurement. You will be responsible for managing and executing the company's CAPEX sourcing strategies across global capital investments. From early-phase project involvement to supplier relationship management and contract negotiation, this role is at the center of the company's ambitious expansion of infrastructure and manufacturing capacity. Your responsibilities will also include: Driving strategic supplier collaboration to enhance supply continuity, innovation, and total value.Maintaining preferred supplier lists and contributing to category-wide supplier performance improvement.Leading initiatives that enhance productivity, compliance, and standardization across projects and sites.Identifying risk exposures across suppliers and implementing mitigation plans proactively.Leading project-level change management efforts, often across geographic and functional lines, to embed best practices.Utilizing advanced tools and methodologies (e.g. RFx, negotiation strategies, legal partnership) to maximize procurement efficiency.Advising category managers and stakeholders with global market insight and capital project supply trends.Traveling up to 25% to support project implementation across sites and partners.
