We are seeking a high-performing and detail-oriented Category Manager to support ongoing sourcing and procurement support for Facility Services. The subcategories include, but are not limited to, Facilities Maintenance, Furniture/ Fixtures, Pest Control, Electrical Services, HVAC & Refrigeration Maintenance, Fire Protection, Elevator Maintenance, Surveillance or Alarm Equipment, Signage, Generator Maintenance, Grounds, Audio Visual. It also includes the opportunity to expand into building construction and CapEx specific initiatives.This role will partner closely with internal stakeholders to execute strategic opportunities, drive sourcing iniatitives, and manage supplier transitions This is a hands-on role requiring advanced sourcing execution skills for indirect sourcing categories, and the ability to navigate complex enterprise agreements across various business units with visbility to senior leadership. This position is 100% Remote. Ideal locations are Dallas, TX and Atlanta, GA but open to anywhere in the US. MUST work CST or EST. Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or vendor management roles with a focus on indirect categories. 3+ years of experience in strategic sourcing and category management. Advanced experience in facilities sourcing (e.g., facility management, janitorial, electrical, plumbing, etc.). Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficient in using sourcing tools and systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, ServiceNow, etc.).
