You may also text me to inquire @ (573) 240-2135.Shift Start Time: 2PM***This position is PERM and comes with a great benefits package. *** A 15% annual bonus is in addition to the base pay.YOU WOULD BE A GOOD FIT IF: * You have a distribution background *Stable work history history- should have good tenure at previous positions and no major gaps in work history * Able to speak to overall warehouse KPI's, Metrics and Goals *Supervised 20+ employeessalary: $70,000 - $75,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 2 AM - 11 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilitiesJOB DUTIES: Responsible for the daily administration and operation of the warehouseOversee materials are received, stored, shipped and reported in accordance with established proceduresDirect and supervise warehouse staffReview effectiveness of operating procedures, maintenance, space utilization and protection of equipmentAdminister and oversee the daily operation of the warehouse including:processing,packaging and storage of supplies, materials and equipmentEnsure overtime is maintained within budget allotted Oversee receipt, storage and shipment of materials and related reporting in accordance with proceduresEnsure the accuracy of the inventoryAccount for all materials and supplies in the stores facilitiesAudit goods received into warehouseCoach and mentor team members in the areas of productivity, quality, safety and valuesEnsure all routine paperwork is completed on time and are filled out accuratelyAssist the warehouse manager in maintaining a safe work environment for all teammembersLead day-to-day activities of employeesAssign, monitor and review progress and accuracy of work, directs efforts and providestechnical guidance on more complex issuesProvide input into hiring, firing and performance reviewsWork with customer service to resolve warehouse related issues EducationThe essential functions of this role include: manual lifting up to 50lbs Skills Supervisor/Coach (3 years of experience is preferred)Warehouse (3 years of experience is preferred)KPI Management (2 years of experience is required)Record Keeping (2 years of experience is required)Auditing (1 year of experience is required)Daily operations (2 years of experience is required)Hiring/Terminations (1 year of experience is required) Qualifications Years of experience: 3 yearsExperience level: Manager Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
