Maintenance Supervisor (12-Hour Night Shift) Job Purpose Lead our night-shift maintenance team at Mars! Maintenance Oversight: Guide the troubleshooting and repair of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical drive systems across manufacturing and packaging lines. Workflow Management: Manage shift handovers, prioritize work orders via CMMS, and drive the preventative maintenance schedule. Safety & Quality Champion: Enforce strict adherence to Mars Safety Standards (LOTO) and Food Safety guidelines (GMP, HACCP). Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent (Degree or technical certification preferred). 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, with proven supervisory or team-lead experience. Hands-on expertise with mechanical drive systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance tracking software (CMMS/SAP). Hands-on PLC experience: Ability to connect, read, and use ladder logic for troubleshooting controls and automation issues.
