Monitor and maintain critical safety equipment including fire extinguishers, eyewash stations, and emergency exit paths. Manage facility waste disposal and maintain the outdoor grounds to ensure compliance with local environmental regulations. Log all completed work orders in the maintenance database and coordinate with outside contractors for specialized repairs.
