Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair complex issues involving mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Emergency Response: Provide rapid, unscheduled repairs during production cycles to minimize downtime. Preventative Care: Execute scheduled maintenance and predictive service to ensure long-term machine health and site safety. Operational Support: Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders; use a variety of hand/power tools and electric meters to perform adjustments and part replacements. Candidate Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 4 years in production maintenance. Technical Skills: Proficiency in hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems. PLC experience is required. Preferred Skills: High preference for candidates with Fanuc Controls experience. Education: High school diploma or GED required. Attributes: Must be highly motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced shop environment. Work Environment & Physical Demands Physical: Ability to lift 25+ lbs, stand for long periods, and perform bending, reaching, and twisting. Shop Conditions: Ability to work in a typical industrial environment (occasional noise, dust, and temperature fluctuations). Safety: Commitment to wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, and adhering to all safety regulations.
