Review lease agreements meticulously to ensure accuracy, compliance, and completion before finalizing execution. Prepare and process Form HUD-50058 accurately, coordinating with the Compliance Manager or senior leadership for quality control before electronic submission via Yardi Rightsources. Gather, evaluate, and verify tenant data for move-ins, interim transfers, and annual re-certifications to calculate accurate rent structures. Educate residents on rent calculation methodologies and provide hands-on assistance to help them successfully complete their re-certification paperwork.
