We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating CNC lathes and mills (preferably Mazak or Haas), be confident with G-code editing, and thrive in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines (mills and/or lathes) to produce precision components. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders. Perform accurate measurements using micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify part dimensions. Adjust tool offsets and machine settings to maintain tolerances and improve efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve minor machining and tooling issues. Maintain proper documentation and inspection records in line with quality standards. Follow safety protocols and keep work area clean and organized. Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to meet deadlines and specifications. 3+ years of CNC machining experience (setup and operation required). Proficiency with Mazak, Haas, or similar CNC controls. Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing). Experience with both manual and CNC equipment a plus. Familiarity with precision measuring instruments (micrometers, dial indicators, CMMs). Advanved attention to detail and commitment to quality.
