Blueprint to Reality: Read and interpret complex blueprints, applying your strong working knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing). Quality Control: Use precision measuring equipment to inspect your own work and ensure every part meets exact dimensions. Shop Leadership: Organize and manage work orders, plan daily tasks for yourself (and support team resources based on material availability), and keep your workspace clean and organized. What You Bring to the Team (Requirements) The Experience: 5 to 7+ years of hands-on experience as a CNC Machinist (setup, operation, and programming). The Tech Skills: Computer literate with solid experience in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). Experience with MRP/ERP systems (Syteline is a major plus!). The Sharp Eye: Deep understanding of GD&T, blueprint reading, and precision inspection tools.
