Independently observes, measures, tests, analyzes, or otherwise inspects and verifies raw materials and finished products to ensure specifications are met. Assist Quality Manager in identifying non-conformance causes and assists in non-conformance dispositioning by utilizing skills and technical research. Completes Non-Conforming Material Reports (NCM). Use test equipment such as Multimeter, Thermogravimetric Analyzer, Differential Scanning Calorimeter, Moisture Analyzer, Melt Flow Indexer, Tensile Tester, Precision Scales, HiPot Tester, and MegaOhm Meter to verify functional conformance of products and/or raw material components. Use generalized or specific QC/Engineering test instructions, procedures, schematics, and layout drawings to check, test, and inspect components and finished products. Use micrometers, calipers, and pin/plug gauges to inspect dimensional parameters and verify instruments. Complete required portions of the various inspection forms and reports while performing inspection and test procedures.
