We are seeking a skilled Quality Technician to join our team on 1st shift. In this role, you will: Conduct first article, in-process, and final inspections on parts. Perform incoming material inspections to ensure compliance with company, customer, and regulatory quality standards. Follow and enforce all quality plans, methods, policies, and procedures to maintain high standards. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in quality inspection or a related field. strong understanding of quality standards, regulatory requirements, and inspection methods. CMM and/or FARO arm experience salary: $40,000 - $54,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 7 AM - 3:20 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities · Conduct receiving, in-process, and final inspections in accordance with military specifications (e.g., MIL-STD-105, AS9102, DCMA requirements). · Review and verify contract deliverables and quality documentation (e.g., DD250s, FAI reports) · Assist in root cause analysis and the implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs). · Maintain audit-ready documentation and assist with internal audits. · Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems such as AS9100, ISO 9001, and DFARS/NIST cybersecurity requirements (basic awareness). · Operate precision measuring equipment (CMMs, micrometers, calipers) and maintain calibration logs. · Communicate quality issues with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and program management.
