job summary: A Supply Chain Associate is needed in the Clark, NJ area for one of the world's largest cosmetics company, with activities spanning skin care, sun protection, make-up, perfume, hair care and hair color. This administrative associate role offers hands-on experience in supply chain operations, including inventory, planning, and project work, while developing cross-functional collaboration, analytical, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. location: Clark, New Jersey job type: Contract salary: $17.25 - 22.12 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Work closely with a world-class Supply Chain team and gain foundational industry knowledge, especially within the beauty sector.Involves hands-on generalist supply chain tasks, project work, and exposure to senior leadership.Perform supply chain tasks including: Inventory management, Forecasting and planning, Order and credit management, Assembly tasks.Participate in continuous improvement and optimization initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional departments and contribute to special projects.Actively look for ways to improve efficiency and ways of working.Gain experience in reporting systems and build technical and analytical skills.
