The R&D Engineer will lead the design, analysis, and validation of advanced cooling systems, driving projects from initial concept through high-stakes product optimization. Candidates must hold an MS in Mechanical Engineering with 1-2 years of experience or be a PhD graduate. Proficiency in CFD simulation and hands-on experimental testing is required to validate thermal performance and identify technical risks.
