job summary: Key Responsibilities: Develop and refine research operations systems and processes to support the UX research and design teams.Manage logistics for all UX research activities, including participant recruitment, scheduling, and compensation, ensuring seamless integration with design processes.Maintain and enhance our research participant database, ensuring compliance with privacy and ethical standards.Facilitate collaboration between UX researchers and designers to ensure that research findings effectively inform design decisions and enhancements.Coordinate with product management and other teams to ensure effective execution of cross-functional research and design projects.Train and mentor junior research operations staff and researchers on best practices in both research operations and UX design integration.Monitor and report on the status of research and design projects, identifying potential bottlenecks and proposing solutions to enhance efficiency and output.Champion the adoption of new research and design tools, technologies, and methodologies to keep the team at the forefront of industry standards. Required Skills/Experience: Experience with research operations, research playbooks or governance. They will be doing a lot of this in this position.Proficient in the design and execution of qualitative and quantitative research through all phases of designProficient in creation of personals, user flows, journey mapsAbility to execute multiple methods of UX research, from heuristic evaluation, to surveys, to moderated and unmoderated usability studies.Experience with facilitating workshops, stakeholder meetings, and research sessionsBachelor's degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or equivalent. 5+ years of related work experience.Experience with user testing platform (such as UserZoom, User Testing, etc.) preferred but not required. Experience with Figma or other wireframing/prototyping applications preferred but not required.
