The NPI (New Product Introduction) Manufacturing Engineer is a critical role responsible for bridging the gap between product design and high-volume manufacturing. This position will lead the manufacturing-related activities for new products from the conceptual phase through full production launch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design for manufacturability (DFM), design for assembly (DFA), and lean manufacturing principles. They will collaborate closely with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless and efficient transition of new products into production.salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilities Serve as the technical expert for new product development projects, providing engineering support from concept through commercialization. Lead or participate in cross-functional project teams to deliver new products to market on time and within budget.
