The NPI (New Product Introduction) Manufacturing Engineer is a critical role responsible for bridging the gap between product design and high-volume manufacturing. This position will lead the manufacturing-related activities for new products from the conceptual phase through full production launch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design for manufacturability (DFM), design for assembly (DFA), and lean manufacturing principles.
