In this role, you will ensure all equipment remains operational through expert troubleshooting, calibration, and proactive preventive maintenance.salary: $62,400 - $74,880 per yearshift: Thirdwork hours: 9 PM - 5:30 AMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities Emergency Repairs: Perform rapid-response repairs on production machinery during unscheduled downtime to minimize impact on output. Preventive Maintenance: Execute scheduled service cycles and inspections across a multi-shift environment. Systems Troubleshooting: Diagnose complex issues involving mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Facility Upkeep: Maintain and repair general facility infrastructure as needed. Process Improvement: Apply Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles to optimize the work environment and participate in special technical projects. Technical Skillsets & Qualifications Electrical & Mechanical Expertise Electrical Systems: Proficient in reading electrical schematics and maintaining instrumentation. (Vocational certificate preferred). Fluid Power: Demonstrated experience with pneumatic and hydraulic applications and repairs. Analytical & Software Skills Troubleshooting: strong problem-solving skills to assess product output against technical specifications. Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of computers and operating systems for data entry and diagnostic software. Process Optimization: Ability to identify and execute process improvements to increase efficiency. Mechanical Aptitude: 1+ years of experience in industrial mechanical repair and assembly.
