What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Wire Prep & Assembly: Prepare wires using pneumatic/manual tools; position and connect electrical parts according to Engineering and IPC standards. Box Builds: Support routing and terminating wires inside enclosures and control boxes. Read Schematics: Easily interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and assembly drawings. Tool Operation: Safely use hand tools (strippers, crimpers, torque wrenches), multimeters, and heat guns. Quality & Testing: Perform visual inspections, continuity checks, and torque critical connections to ensure zero-defect compliance. Teamwork: Collaborate with engineers and production leads to improve workflow and troubleshoot builds. What You Bring to the Table (Qualifications): Experience: 2+ years of electrical wiring experience (power systems, control panels, or box builds preferred). Education: High School diploma or equivalent (Vocational/Technical school is a huge plus!). Skills: Proficient with hand tools and strong ability to read/follow electrical schematics. Bonus Points: Familiarity with IPC-620 Class 3 standards and basic knowledge of power systems. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
