In this role, you will be the gatekeeper of our order release process, ensuring that we maximize business growth while minimizing financial risk. What You’ll Do Credit Investigation: Research and compile comprehensive credit data to vet new and existing customers, facilitating the swift release of orders. Financial Research: Perform deep-dive credit application and trade reference research, coordinating with financial institutions and vendors to gather evidence. Strategic Decision Making: Conduct thorough credit checks to enable sound financial decisions and risk mitigation. Collaboration: Act as a key liaison for internal business partners, providing real-time updates on credit investigations. Customer Relations: Communicate directly with customers regarding special credit requirements or the need for advance deposits. Qualifications & Skills Experience: Must have a solid background in Accounts Receivable (A/R). Technical Skills: Fast and accurate alpha/numeric data entry skills; analytical proficiency. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with both internal teams and external customers. Time Management: Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment under tight time constraints.
