We are seeking a highly motivated Senior EHS Specialist to join our team and provide expert support in environmental, health, and safety (EHS) program management at our Dallas manufacturing facility. In this role, you will support the implementation, execution, and continuous improvement of EHS systems, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations while driving a strong safety culture. You’ll partner with plant leadership, production, maintenance, and engineering teams, while also serving as a mentor to other EHS Specialists across the network.salary: $49 - $52 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 7 AM - 4 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities Lead and support EHS activities across the facility, ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory standardsMonitor and analyze EHS leading and lagging indicators, conduct audits, inspections, and incident investigations, and develop corrective action plans.Oversee environmental compliance, including permits, sustainability operations, and regulatory reporting.Develop, implement, and track employee EHS training programs; lead new employee orientation on EHS responsibilitiesServe as an EHS subject matter expert, responding to questions, guiding best practices, and mentoring junior specialistsCollaborate with HR on Workers’ Compensation cases and ensure alignment with company policy. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).Minimum 4 years of experience in workplace environmental, health, and safety program management (required).Prior manufacturing experience required.
