Job Duties -The primary role for this position is to meet with our clients, understand challenges, develop solutions, and own proposal and statement of work development functions within the infrastructure and end user services solutions pursuit process. This role ultimately requires an individual to think and behave with both a sales-driven and operational/delivery-driven focus. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: - Meet with client representatives to discuss technology service challenges, gather requirements, understand business impact of technology decisions, and obtain agreement on solution directions - Create proposals, statements of work, and RFP responses - Develop resource effort and cost models for solution opportunities - Manage the tasks associated with the solutions pursuit process such as: o Status communications, as applicable, regarding the status of a given pursuit to the required audience (e.g. deal pursuit management office, Account Manager, Managing Director, Finance, Executive Management, etc.) o Record management of opportunity in SalesForce.com o Address changes/edits generated by Randstad's Solutions Risk group on Proposals, Statements of Work ("SOW"), and Change Orders o General proofreading/editing of SOWs, Proposals, and PowerPoint presentations o Create Contract Solutions Forms needed to request legal assistance/review for documents o Create and distribute Pricing Sign-off Forms for all closed-won opportunities o Facilitate document signature/counter-signature process as applicable o Compile all needed documentation for submission to delivery to allow for the creation of a project engagement (SOW, Agreement, Cost Model, Pre-engagement Risk Checklists, Pricing Sign-off Forms) o Create Request for Proposal ("RFP") response templates (a.k.a.
