Communication & Office Operations Operate the centralized switchboard, routing incoming calls and voicemails across the United States to the correct parties.Respond promptly to all digital and in-person inquiries, confirming completion of requests.Maintain the absolute cleanliness and presentation of the reception and guest seating areas at all times.Manage the distribution of monthly T-passes and maintain Grab-N-Go cards.Update company phone directories and speed dial lists in a timely manner.Manage the tracking and issuing of company loaner cell phones. Administrative & Room Coordination Coordinate and book meeting rooms using the internal reservation system.Maintain monthly data, logs, and site procedure documentation.Provide light administrative support to other departments as needed (e.g., creating envelope labels, compiling manuals).
