In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert, driving accuracy, regulatory compliance, and best-practice process improvements across the organization.Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Policy & Compliance: Lead the review, implementation, and maintenance of US GAAP-compliant accounting policies and robust internal controls. Technical Research: Research and provide guidance on complex, non-routine transactions, drafting comprehensive technical accounting memos and position papers. Financial Reporting & Audits: Ensure the absolute accuracy and completeness of global financial statements while managing financial statement audits. Documentation & Coordination: Collate and maintain key documentation from advisors, auditors, and management. Special Projects: Participate in a wide variety of special projects and compile strategic reports as requested. What We Are Seeking Education & Credentials: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required. CPA certification is required. Experience: 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including a background in public accounting. Manufacturing or international business experience is a major plus. Technical Knowledge: current knowledge of US GAAP and a deep understanding of establishing best-practice processes. Systems & Software: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office. ERP & CPM skills; experience with OneStream or Infor Syteline is highly advantageous.
