Process weekly/monthly American Express (corporate card) statements, domestic UPS, and in-house UPS freight bills. Perform monthly reconciliations for Balance Sheet accounts, including Accounts Payable, accrued payables, and other accounts as assigned. Prepare and accurately enter monthly journal entries into the JD Edwards financial system. Analyze and track various billings to ensure accurate accounting treatment at month-end. Review and track Purchase Orders (POs) to confirm accuracy of information. Resolve invoice discrepancies by collaborating with internal departments (e.g., Purchasing) and external vendors' Accounts Receivable teams. Prepare year-end reports and accruals according to specific guidelines. Process various employee-related payments and sales tax payments via wire transfers or EFT as directed. Maintain organized and up-to-date Accounts Payable vendor files. Provide support for interim and annual audits as requested by management. Perform other assigned duties and activities as required.
