A global organization within the industrial and engineering sector is seeking a 401(k) Retirement Analyst to support the administration and oversight of its retirement plans. This role will play a key part in ensuring accurate plan administration, data integrity, compliance, and participant support while partnering closely with Payroll, external vendors, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings prior retirement plan administration experience, analytical capabilities, and intermediate to advanced Excel skills.salary: $30 - $35 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilities ↵ Support the day-to-day administrative needs of the retirement benefits team Perform data analysis, reconciliations, and internal process audits to ensure plan accuracy and compliance Collaborate with Payroll and external vendor partners to research and resolve data and financial discrepancies Manage contribution funding and asset reconciliation activities Assist with generating and maintaining retirement plan reports Respond to employee retirement plan inquiries through the AskHR ticketing system Support annual 401(k) audit requests, including gathering documentation and responding to internal and external inquiries Required Qualifications Prior experience and working knowledge of retirement plan administration (401(k)) Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables, along with Microsoft Office proficiency Analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting audits and compliance-related requests Ability to work cross-functionally with payroll teams and external vendors Communication skills and a customer-service mindset Skills401K (2 years of experience is required)Benefits AdministrationRetirement Plans (2 years of experience is required)AuditReconciliationMS OfficeReportingBachelors Degree (4 years of experience is required)QualificationsYears of experience: 2 yearsExperience level: ExperiencedRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
