Randstad is working with a busy property management company to complete a project supporting their annual re-certification. This will involved re-certifying over 100 units and gathering all applicable documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience processing a high volume of re-certifications for low incoming and tax credit units. This is a fully onsite position expected to last 1-2 months in duration.salary: $20 - $25 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities Collect, review, and verify all required income, asset, and household composition documentation from residents to ensure eligibility in accordance with program regulations (e.g., HUD, LIHTC, Section 8, etc.). Ensure all resident files are meticulously maintained and in full compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory agencies on time. Serve as a primary point of contact for residents, providing clear and patient guidance on the recertification process, required documentation, and program requirements. Accurately enter resident data and status updates into property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, Boston Post).
