Marketing & Pricing: Implement corporate marketing strategies, establish market pricing for new products and RFQs, and analyze costs to consistently achieve financial targets. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain exceptional service with active and prospective accounts through targeted presentations, structured site visitations, hosting customer tours, and managing specialized inventory programs (e.g., VMI, consignment). Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Production, Quality, Operations, and Technical departments to proactively resolve customer concerns, guide product developments, and align on lead times and production capabilities. Product Expertise & Promotion: Actively champion new products and maintain a deep, current understanding of manufacturing processes through continuous in-plant training. Compliance: Assist in developing and maintaining programs to ensure Commercial Compliance with TS16949 and ISO14001 Standards.
