This role is for a bilingual Customer Service Representative, handling 75-100 inbound calls daily to resolve customer issues related to credit cards and payments. The position requires fluency in both Spanish and English, strong computer skills, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced, feedback-heavy call center environment. You'll be responsible for independently researching cases, navigating multiple systems, and providing excellent customer service.
