System Data Entry: Accurately log arrival and departure times for all drivers within the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Inventory Control Support: Handle adjustments to receiving tickets and manage the activation or inactivation of specific lot codes as required. Customer Service & Administration Appointment Scheduling: Field incoming calls and proactively schedule all carrier appointments for both inbound deliveries and outbound shipments. Communication Hub: Act as the primary professional liaison between the company, our customers, and third-party carriers to resolve issues and confirm details. Finalize Shipments: Process and close out all completed outbound shipments and ensure that all Bills of Lading (BOLs) are promptly sent to the relevant customers. Order Creation: Build and enter new customer orders accurately into the internal system.
